yes you can do this. You create a journey and add two segments as the starting point. Then you create an attribute branch where you send users down different paths depending on their segment membership:
Next you choose different emails per branch. The only limitation is that the two segment both have to contain contacts or leads, you cannot choose one segment with leads and one with contacts.
