I want to set up a flow that sends a Teams chat message to the Owner of a case when a new case is created and assigned to them. I've tried setting up email notifications, but that's not really what I am looking for. Plus, it tends to add the email to the case timeline, and I don't like that. Everything I have found has been from deprecated versions of Dynamics connectors or just doesn't work as I need.

But then I get this:
Error Message: No user details with email or UPN 'fdd4b9a8-d21a-ea11-a812-000d3a4eb23e' were found in Graph.
It seems like there is a missing step that has to do with getting the owner/email but I am no too familiar with these dataverse flows. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
