Can't add conditions to other conditions on Business Rules

I've noticed today that I can't seem to stages to both conditions on Business rules. For example, I can add a stage on 'No' for a condition but there's no option to add it to 'Yes'. As you can see there's no area on the right to add a stage. If I click in exactly the right place I can add the stage, but once I save it removes these connections. It seems to be Conditions connected to conditions specifically that bugs out.

Seems like it must be a recent update causing this, as it affects my company's environment as well as a clients environment. Has anyone else noticed this?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Sam,

As you mentioned, CRM does not allow nesting conditions by the true branch, which is by-design.

So in this case it is easier to write javaScript code than to use business rule.

you can perform any of these Actions with a Business Rule:

You can refer following to know about business rule:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/create-business-rules-recommendations-apply-logic-form

And Js to achieve the same result for most of them.

For more information about business rule vs Js, you can refer following:https://www.c5insight.com/Resources/Blog/tabid/148/entryid/568/business-rule-or-javascript-in-dynamics-crmthat-is-the-question.aspx
