Show Customer Voice Survey Reports under Accounts

Hi everyone

We are using Customer Voice to send support surveys after Dynamics 365 case closures. 

We can see the activities under the contact, however, we would like to be able to see the survey activities and overall score based on Account the contact belongs to and not just the contact.

Is this possible?

    Hi Mouda,

    If you are sending survey emails using Power Automate, you can add 'Account' of the Contact in the regarding field for the invite, This will result in survey invite and corresponding response activities to be populated in the activity list under the Account.
