Dynamics 365 Addin for Outlook, OWA not working

Trying to get Dynamics 365 Adding for Outlook setup. When using the outlook windows application it seems the Addin works

but clicking on the name/addin link, it just loads

Trying to use OWA in any browser execpt IE, it brings up the login screen and then says "working" then just a white screen

Driving me crazy, so if anyone has any ideas then I'm open. It also never shows up on the outlook ios app at all. on-prem 8.2.16

IE is no longer supported. Is it the same for other browsers?
