Unable to find unique operating unit record corresponded to the entered value

Hi, All.

Particular user getting below error when he try pick the stock for requisition. Has anyone faced the similar issue. Please help to fix this issue.

If only this user or a few users have this issue, where others can do the same task without the error, then you can also review security. Is there e.g. a security policy enabled where this user is restricted to read some or all operating units? If you can reproduce the error in a test environment, you can first try to add the system administrator role to this user (in the test environment) to see if that solves the issue. If so, it is related to security.

I don`t know this particular error msg but I have checked it in the source code. The error itself is connected with budget control. Unfortunately I do not have a case here to be able to check it in detail. I suggest to talk to a developer who can analyze it with a breakpoint. One option you can try is to double click to the msg "Unable to find a.....". If you have enough permissions you should see the related code section causing this msg. Please post this screen as well.

Hi, Ludwig,

I did not know the much information. Particular user created purchase requisition and tried to add the item to that. when he click the item to add he gets above mentioned error/warning.

May you add the error msg or a screenshot of the msg. Right now we don’t know what’s your problem ;-)
