Marketing Email Template Is Not Applied

Hello,
I am struggling with a strange behavior.

We have created several email templates. When I create a new email under marketing emails, all templates are also shown to me.

But if I then select one, Dynamics does not apply the template.

he email is simply empty, even though the settings say that Dynamics is using the template.

I really have no idea where the error could be.

    Hi Meikel,

    All email templates are behavior? All users have met the same situation?

    Have you tried to change browser to test again? or clear browser cache or use privacy mode of the browser.

    If none of them work, I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.

    I ran into the same issue.
     
    Open Customer Insights - Journeys > Emails > Create new email > load from a custom email template, but nothing loads.
     
    Happens in MS Edge only. Works fine in Chrome.
     
    It was doing this for one user but not the other, so I compared security roles.
     
    There is a security role that the one didn't have but the other did. It's called Marketing Manager - Business.
     
    I added it to the user that didn't have it and I don't know why but it worked.
     
    Can you please give this a go?
