error: You must be management reporter administrator

Hi.

I am trying to install management reporter with existing database (ManagementReporter) datababase.

It got installed, but when I open configuration console to configure I am getting below error

How to solve this.

Note:

1. I have deleted ManagementreporterDM from database.

2. Existing database was created while installing in different user account (doesn't exist).

    If you are upgrading from a previous installation of Management Reporter, use an existing administrator account.

    Can't we change the administrator account to new account?

    Was there a resolution to this ?
    My predecessor was the administrator for MR and he left without fanfare or notes.
    We need to reset this admin obviously but without Admin myself I am not sure how to resolve.

    Can't you reset his password from AD and use his admin just to complete the MR deployment?
