Hi guys,
Lately some (not all) the users in our organization have been getting a message saying, "Your Microsoft Dynamics 365 session is about to expire" whenever they first login to CRM and/or try to navigate to a different page or open the advanced find.
I've been searching for a solution the last month to no avail - delete browser cache, using a new browser, signing out and signing in again, etc.
We are using Dynamics 365 Online and if you've faced this issue or know anyone else who has faced this issue and was able to fix it, please let me know the fix!

not sure, but one possibility is someone has set the session timeout settings incorrectly under Advanced Settings->Settings->Administration->System Settings (first tab). (believe some environments there can also be AD or Azure settings for sessions for particular applications - but I am not an expert with this)
Other one (but it wouldn't give a your users a session is about to expire warning, just force them to continually login) after logging in when prompted to remain logged in say Yes/Accept.
