date format problem in converted pdf

Dear All, 

Whenever I send my report to concern person to in pdf format, the date field format are automatically changed. Please compare in pdf and normal print preview.

I have attached the both screenshots.

    Hi

    Manish

    You can Change the Format of the Date from the Report Designer and Right Click on the Field and Text Box Properties then select Number Specify the Customer or Regional format if the Regional format selected then date format will print as per the computer of PDF document you are creating.

    Second method is in you Data Item use the Format Function and format the Date date as you need.

    Hello manish,

    You have to set your system date format, in pdf always takes system date format.

    whenever you are printing pdf from nav it takes client system and formats.

    See your images, both images is different because its both are different machine [Remote PC].

    I have changed the date settings in both systems...remote and personal computer...but there is no changes....still date is 26/12/2014 to 12/26/2014 showing...

    Do one thing Open report 50050

    And select the All Date textbox and then go for Format property and type dd-MM-yyyy

    you can also give different format also, for more format see the bellow screenshot.

    now the date format is not working properly.

    but in screenshot it missed, so put like

    dd-MM-yyyy
