Hi,
Just got my hands on Customer Insights, and it looks great.
But when i go to Admin -> System -> Schedule, it is not possible to activate a schedule plan. It is grayed out. Why is that?
My environment is in currently in a Sandbox, and my user has admin rights.

Hi -- as Sandbox environments are made available for development purpose schedule refresh is disabled for Sandbox environments. Schedule refresh button is enabled in the production & trial environments.
