Hello,

Hi I am trying to connect Field Service mobile app using trial version but getting error as 'Your Organization has not configured the Field Service Mobile app with the correct project'.

I followed exactly the steps here

The problem was in the version !!!

All I can say is to make sure that the security roles assigned to your user matches the project security roles and to use this mobile project - aka.ms/fsmobile-project

I think you downloaded an older version

As for security roles, I am a system administrator and in addition I have assumed all the security roles of 'field service' on my user.

After I "downgrade" the solution to 11.1-11.2 I get the same error

Have the proper security roles been setup for the project? What happens when you save it down to 11.1-9.2?
