Hello again. I'm new with MS Dynamics, but have 3+ years with another CRM. But right now trying to learn MS Dynamics 365 to become a PRO.
I have a question about customer's email, and do marketing for those emails. The question is:
How does the Email's should fall into MS Dynamics CRM for 100% delivery rate (when we doing a marketing email campaign inside the MS Dynamics)?:
- Like by usualy when user on his phone, he spelling us a Email and we adding it, (and user never sent message to us)
- user fill out the form at our site, (and user never sent message to us)
- OR only use the DOUBLE-OPT-IN way? So the SPAM algoritms recognize that is not a SPAM (when we planning to do marketing campaign)
Sorry if the answer which I trying to ask is diffucult to understanding, I may explain more clearly.
BTW, I have that kind of issue ( and I actually figure out the solution by myself ) in my CRM. Hope everyone tell me that's everything OKay in Dynamics 365 CRM )
