No notification for sender and approver for purchase approval

Good afteroon Im able to send purchase approval request  for workflow but I dont have any notification for the sender and the approver .

I dont have any error message  .

I was able to set up workflow previous  step( smtp mai lset up , notification  ,job queue ,  event-condition-responses)

I already define the approver .

After a request the approval I m getting the comment approval page   . 

When a complete that window  nothing happen .

I have no notification for sender and  approver .

I dont have any treac on the debugger .

I not sure what could go wrong .

Could you give me suggestion .

    Any update on the issue

    I am experiencing the same issue and the codeunit 1509 is running but no email notifications are sent

    Hi please make sure that there is a Job Query entry for Codeunit 1509 "Notification Entry Dispatcher".

    Make sure it is configured and running.
