COMPANY ADDRESS needs to print in JAPANESE languge

Hi all,

I have done Sales invoice report for Japan. Customer gave new format for Sales Inviice  

In this report,  customer ALWAYS wants COMPANY ADDRESS  in JAPANESE languge. I saw the data in table,  it's in English language but customer wants in Japanese language only.

Please let me know, how I will do this?

Please give me more shed on this

    You have to just put the address in Japanese language , no code is needed here . Invoice will automatically print it .

    Why you want to complicate it? It's a data which will be printing on the report and company address is one time set up. Just use address in Japanese language and you should be good.

    Yes. Just type the address in the same format / language that you want to see.

    I had discussion with Customer, they wants to translate the language means address

    There is no such feature in the system. They need to type the address in Japanese if they want to see it in Japanese. Why is it a problem? Please let us know. AX has no translation capabilities, you always need to input the information manually in the correct language.

    Of course they can create one address in English and another in Japanese and with small customization you can choose the correct one for different purposes. But still the system would not translate anything.

    Perhaps there's still some misunderstanding with the customer.

    Nikoloas,

    I saw, in product master, some where "Translation" is there.  Can we use the same approach for company address?

    Is it possible?

    You can enter translations for country names but not for complete addresses (or streets or cities).

    You can enter multiple addresses for your company. 

    My question is, why do they want to enter the company address in English if they want to print it in Japanese? In your original message you wrote "customer wants in Japanese language only". So why on earth can't they enter it in Japanese?

    The whole system (and most other systems in the world) assumes that you input correct data in it. Enter the data in the format that is needed. It's not a development task. It's a setup task.

    Actually, they have 2 type of Customers

    Local and

    International

    For local customer,  they wants to print in Japanese language

    For international customer,  they wants to print in English language

    Please give me more shed on this
