Security Role for adding Inventory Items in GP 2013

Hi,

I have to give a new user the responsibility so that she can add inventory items in Dynamics GP. Which role would that be. I want to create a new Role and call it for example (arbitrary) 'Add Inventory items' and then have to add that role.

Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi Ashok,

    You can assign operation manager role which has inventory, sales & purchase.  But if the user doesn't have to have all these please create a new role and assign the security task id ADMIN_INV_001.

    Hi Babu,

    Thank you for your reply. I will work as per your suggestion. One quick question - if I may - is there any kb/resource-on-line, which provides various tasks vis-a-vis IDs? i.e. a list where as you mentioned 'ADMIN_INV_001' is for inventory items setup.
