How to remove 'VivaSales_NotificationMessage' in Outlook Dynamics panel

All of my Dynamics users have this message when they open the Dynamics panel in Outlook.

Since most of my user are 'Service' and not Sales, and they cannot install it anyways, How do we remove this message ?

Hi Annie Lapointe,

Turning off specific notifications can be difficult.
If you do not want to turn off all notifications,

it is recommended that you raise a support ticket:

https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
