Project Quotation: Confirm option is disabled if Created for Prospect

Dear Experts,

I have one issue, which I need help from you.

Scenario 1 (Working perfectly)- have created Project quotation for Customer in PMA module, submitted the workflow, approved it- was able to /Send/, was able to Confirm the quote

Scenario 2 (Not able to confirm)-have created Project quotation for Prospect in PMA module, - Submitted the workflow, approved it- was able to /Send/, was not able to Confirm the quote

Hy,

you need to convert the prospect to customer first, as the confirming requires to be customer.

Hi, Thanks, got it.

Can you help me, after approving and sending the quotation can I tag a customer into this quotation? or at what point I will convert the prospect to customer, because the the quotation is created from prospect only.

Hy,

just select on the Modify menu "Convert to Customer", then the Prospect is converted to a customer and you can confirm the quotation.
