What is the deal with business queues? It seems to be the default view for queues and we cant change this. It is also not possible to customize the queue.
The problem is that we have one "customer service" queue where we receive all inncomming mail. This queue does not appear in the "business queue" so if a customer service representative opens a case she cannot find the queue in the default view...
Does anyone have a solution for this?
