    Yes.

It appears that one of the sub-companyies using this coupon is not part of the company structure.  For example if I try to test the discount offer against the virtual POS, that terminal is not part of the company.

We have the memberships held in a common database that is accessed successfully by all of our companies.

    Thanks for responding!

Does the coupon have the correct scheme or club code that was established with the membership card?

The membership card is set up at head office and I'm using run client to start the POS. However for some reason is says the card is invalid.

On the LS Retail (POS) side when I edit the button, I have to enter the parameter for the button. Is this parameter the Membership card number?

I think it is because you have the membership card in the head office database, but it did not went to the store database. Check you web service for synchronization.

I checked the LS Retail side and set it up exactly like another Discount, and it didn't work

I think it is LS Retail functionality you are talking about.

You need to look at the code or activate debugger for checking the same
