Dynamics 365 Integration program errors

Greetings,

We have recently updated our Online CRM to Dynamics 365 and we have an on premise CRM that integrates with POS. The on premise needs an upgrade and after a long struggle I made it connect to the updated online CRM. I am facing this issue while updating/inserting contacts (SaveChangesException()). This is the exact error message.

dynamics 365 The formatter threw an exception while trying to deserialize the message: There was an error while trying to deserialize parameter http://schemas.microsoft.com/xrm/2011/Contracts/Services:request. 

I am not sure how to fix this. Kindly provide me a solution.

    Hi Partner,

    'dynamics 365 The formatter threw an exception while trying to deserialize the message: There was an error while trying to deserialize parameter ' is a common issue. Could you share more InnerException message or more details on your updating/inserting query.

    My recommendation is to open a ticket with Microsoft and let them do a trace on the backend.     If you can recreate easily, they should figure it out fairly quickly.  Or they can at least get you the detailed log to post here:)

    Is anything having issues?    Sounds like there is some JS or something on the forms that is causing issues on save  but can't give you much more than that without more detail.
