Amount Shipped Not Invoiced (LCY) on Sales order list doesn't calculate correctly

Hi, may i know the logic on how BC calculate the Amount Shipped not Invoiced (LCY) on Sales Order List?

As you can see from the below picture, the calculation of Amount divide by the currency factor doesn't same as BC calculated amount (Point #1).
However the Amount shipped Not Invoiced (LCY) Incl. VAT calculation is same as BC calculated amount (Point #2).

Thank you
CH

    Hello

The FX on the header might not be the same as the FX on the lines - you are looking at the FX from the header - visit the sales lines and check there. If you update the FX on a document it warns about not updating the lines. Although this doesn't explain why the inc VAT value does match ok.

Does this error happen every time or its intermittent? Are you seeing this right away or is someone running FX recalculate / FX change on the Sales Order that causes the issue?

Here is the code of the 2 fields - it simply sums up the values from the sales lines - I'd suggest investigate the sales lines themselves, that will likely cast some light on the issue.

Filter on the document from your example and check all the values there...

    Hope that helps

    cheers
    Andy
