Zetadocs Express - Control Add-In Error

Hi,

I just installed the new version of Zetadocs Express for Microsoft Dynamics NAV together with SharePoint Foundation 2010 on a VM for demo purpose.

When I proceed to the Zetadocs enabled pages, e.g. the Sales Order Page, the Documents FactBox display a "Control Add-In Error" with the following text:

"Could not locate the add-in library for 'Equisys.Zetadocs.CaptureAddin;PublicKeyToken=..."

I have check in the "Client Add-In" table in NAV and I have well a record for the "Equisys.Zetadocs.CaptureAddin" Add-In with the PublicKeyToken setup.

My SharePoint site is well created and accessible via a browser.

What could be the solution to this problem ?

NB: A few months ago, I already successfully installed Zetadocs Express on another VM but I used it with the free SharePoint Online feature provided by Microsoft 365.  Everything worked OK at that time.

    Hello JMF,

    Could you check that a folder called 'ZetadocsCaptureAddin' exists in this location:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\RoleTailored Client\Add-ins\

    If not, could you copy the 'ZetadocsCaptureAddin' and all of its contents from the Zetadocs Express installation files to the above location, and then restart the RTC.

    You should find the 'ZetadocsCaptureAddin' folder in the install files: \Zetadocs Express\Zetadocs Express Client\RTC_PATH\Add-ins

    Please let me know if this helps to resolve the issue or not.

    Thanks a lot I had the same issue with NAV 2013 R2, I copied the ZetadocsCaptureAddin from the ...\70\Roletailored Client\Add-ins to the ..\71\Roletailored Client\Add-ins and problem solved

    It seems that for a year and a half our implementation has been missing zetadocs completely and I do not event see it on our install source.

    We are NAV 2015 and so our client path is

    NSP is 80

                 C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\80\RoleTailored Client\Add-ins\

    i do not know if we ever got the source DVD, ISO or NAV Zip from our ISV / partner.  The install patch we have always installed from for our clients and servers does not seem to have the path.  I downloaded from CustomerSource the DVD as zip (Dynamics.80.NA.1538476.DVD) but do not see "zetadocs".   Has this been renamed to something else?

    Our help about shows the following:

    Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015

    Version US Dynamics NAV 8.0.38457,JF8.00.03.00.11837 8.0.42951.0
