Document notes on Picking List

Hi All, 

We are running AX 2012 R3 CU10, on the Sales order header and line we have added some notes which are appearing on the Invoice but do not appear on the picking list. We have played with the form setup but this has made no difference.

The notes are not getting pulled from the DocuRef table into the temp table and so not getting added to the form.

Has anyone had this issue and resolved it? I have seen a hotfix on LCS but only for earlier versions so assuming they are rolled into CU10 but we still seem to have a problem.

    If the note appears on the Invoice, it has Restriction = External. The picking list (as an internal document) only shows notes which have Restriction = Internal. If you want to show the same note on both documents, in standard, you need to create the note twice.

    Thanks Guy, that makes sense. Am i right in thinking it will only show notes against the Order Line?

    I think the standard documents show header and line notes. But then most people modify the standard documents....

    Also, worth noting that AX copies the notes from the sales order header/lines to the Picking list itself, and the picking list report prints the notes attached to the picking list. In practise, this is the same as the notes on the sales order, but worth knowing.
