Adding new contacts to Campaign and sending emails

Hi all,

Quick question about campaigns. I've just sent an email campaign to a group of clients who are on a marketing list. If I add new members to this marketing list, will they automatically be included in the campaign and receive the email as well?

    Hello User,
     
    No, new members added to the marketing list after you send the email campaign will not automatically receive the email that was already sent. Dynamics 365 treats the campaign as a one-time send, so only the members on the marketing list at the time of sending will receive the email.
     
    To include the new members, you would need to either resend the campaign to the updated list or create a new campaign targeted at the new members.

    The campaign only targets the members that were in the marketing list at the time of execution. You need to create a new campaign  specifically for the new members added to the marketing list.

    How can I run a campaign that sends emails only to new members of the marketing list? I want to ensure that those who have already received an email from this campaign don’t get sent another one.

    No! only the members who were part of the list at the time when the email was sent will only receive email and the new members who were added later will not receive.
