Benefits Eligibility Process Results Message

After running the Benefit Process Eligibility we have a worker with the message

"The worker's annual salary amount has not been defined in Compensation"

The worker does have fixed compensation enrolled so not sure where to go next to resolve ineligible status for benefit

    Hi Yepitsme,

    Please change the effective date for this fixed compensation. Make it active during the valid benefit plan.

    Hi QianQW

    The effective date is today and the plan is valid for the 2020 calendar year.

    Based on this information, am I correct in assuming the system isn't acting properly?

    Hi Yepitsme,

    Yes. You can change the effective date before January 2, 2020.

    Please try it and update with us.

    I am unable to change the effective date as it is read only.  Even tried through Open in Excel but cannot that way either.
