I am creating a Customer Journey where I have two segments that will both receive the same email. There is a possibility that some contacts will be in both segments.
If I create a swimlane for the second segment to receive the email, will contacts that are in both segments receive the email twice or will they be removed as duplicates?

I tested this and the result is that the contacts would receive twice.
The Customer Journey Design(send the same email to a contact):
