I am creating a Customer Journey where I have two segments that will both receive the same email. There is a possibility that some contacts will be in both segments.

If I create a swimlane for the second segment to receive the email, will contacts that are in both segments receive the email twice or will they be removed as duplicates?

Thanks for your answer Steve. Would the solution be to add a condition to the first segment that includes the second segment?

I tested this and the result is that the contacts would receive twice.
