Cant make use of the custom excel template

Hi,
 
I downloaded /VendorPaymentJournalTemplate/ and made some modification to it, then uploaded into the system using /Document Template/ as shown in the image attached,
 
 
Even after a successful upload i can still make use of the new template, Please can anyone advice or help.

    Hi Zyir,
     
    This is different compared to most of the forms in Dynamics 365 where user templates will be available with help of the configuration on the Document templates form. On journal forms, the list with available templates is done by Microsoft with coding. You would need to extend this to add your custom templates.
