Please help me in step by step configuration of management reporter configuration.

There are a lot of default reports, such as a P&L (income statement) report that you can use out of the box if you are working in the Microsoft contoso demo environments.
The site also gives you a number of tips and tricks how you can create reports yourself in a fast and efficient way.

The P&L statement is one of the default reports that is already setup for you.
You can use the default format, map your accounts and use this out of the box report.
What helps in addition, is the following MS blog that contains a lot of videos and screenprints that demonstrate the report setup.
