We're having issues with users getting an infinite spinning wheel in the assistant. System admins can see the assistant and its notifications just fine, and when assigning a regular user the system admin role the assistant works just fine for them as well. When removing the system admin from a regular user the assistant goes back to not loading.
Per now the security role /employee/ has read and write on /Action card/ and /Action card user settings/ under core records set to user. Also tried setting /Action card regarding/, /Action card role setting/ and /Action card usage aggregation/ to user on read and write (/Action card usage/ already had create, read, write, append and append to set to organization), but this didn't seem to fix the issue.
The Microsoft docs doesn't seem to point out which security roles affects the visibility of the assistant. Anyone here that have any information on which roles controls this?
