Microsoft Forms - Not loading

Hi,

I have full access to dynamics 365, I have been using forms for the last while and clicked something that brought me to Microsoft forms pro, but I was already using the fforms pro and seem to have caused an internal issue when I select forms now and it won't load and give me this error Session ID: c96569f9-9f6d-439f-9bfb-677c9990c765, Correlation ID: fcebaee5-2af0-43d9-8782-8f8784809a09

Also see attached, you can see in the top left hand corner it keeps trying to bring me to forms pro not just forms. If i open it from a link, type it or select the app from office 365 homepage it still bring me back there and don't know why?

Hi partner,

If you don't want to redirect to Form pro, you could go to Office 365 admin center and disable the Form pro for your accunts.

What happens when you switch environments as you shouldn't be in the default?
