Try Conversation intelligence in a trial environment

Hi guys,

How to use the Conversation intelligence in a trial environment?

MS doc says there need a phone system license to make a call from sales hub app, could I get a free trial license of phone system?

If I do not need the real-time transcription, is there a simple way to upload my call(mp3 file) to d365 to get the transcription?

Any answers or web resources are appreciated !

    I know I can use get the call process hour by purchasing the Enterprise license. But is MS offering a free way to try the function like all other functions? ...

    It is incomprehensible that MS wants me to pay for a function which I donot understand what it is and how it runs.
