Can anyone help me with issues that have recently arisen with my Support Portal's chat functionality?
When users click on the chat widget, input name and details of the issue they wish to talk about, after a short space of time, I would expect a Omnichannel and/or a desktop notification to popup, or a desktop , but nothing now appears.
In the Omnichannel for Customer Service space, after refreshing, a work item is displayed and can be allocated to myself, but I am unable to open it, to engage with the customer, through a New Conversation screen. Previously this would have been available.
The Chat workstream hasn't been changed, as far as I am aware.
Any help/suggestions very much appreciated
