How to resolve Synchronization database errors in d365fo?

Hi experts,

I am getting synchronization database errors after full build of models.

    Is your SQL Server service running? The error says that it can't open database connection.

    Can you access the database using SQL Server Management Studio?

    Thanks for reply,

    Yes, SQL Server service is running, I'm able to connect database using SSMS.

    I tried restart of services and Vm but still same issue.

    Before it was working.

    I'm doing alignments of reports. I'm using print option of the reports to print. One of the report is not printing and other reports are getting print. So, i have done iis reset, but while doing Reset Usage Data i was getting SQL errors like below.

     SELECT T1.CONFIGURATION,T1.LINKEDPINPROPERTY,T1.RECVERSION,T1.PARTITION,T1.RECID FROM FORMRUNCONFIGURATIONLINKEDPIN T1 WHERE (((PARTITION=5637144576) AND (DATAAREAID=?)) AND (LINKEDPINPROPERTY=?))  

     [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Invalid column name 'DATAAREAID'.  

     Object Server Azure:    

     Cannot select a record in Table to store view to linked pins (FormRunConfigurationLinkedPin). The SQL database has issued an error.

    So, i tried full build, it is succeeded with  0 errors and when i'm doing synchronize database it is failed with errors.

    Hi Srihari,

    Have you built all models including standard ones? FORMRUNCONFIGURATIONLINKEDPIN  is part of "Application platform" model and looks like it's out of sync.

    I have resolved this error now, but still synchronize errors are not resolved.

    Hi Srihari,

    Please look into db synch log to see on which exactly table we are failing.

    You can also open case with Microsoft support to help you further

    Hi all,

    This issue is raised because of restoration of PU35 DB into PU33.

    After again restoration of same PU33 this is resolved.
