i needed to create some user roles by my own. Now im faceing the Problem, that most of my roles "eat up a Enterprise user licence" (even tho i thought this is a simple (functional) user). Is there any function with in AX that Shows which permission in a role is useing a specific licence?

Something like "check role a" and "throw out all Enterprise items"?

Hey Dominic,

thnx for your answer. It seems that the usergide is somewhat behind the state :-(

Normally everything seems to be auto autoupdated to new versions - except thisi one

" Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012"

"This tool will work on AX 2012 RTM, AX 2012 R1 and AX 2012 R2" (quoted from blogs.msdn.com/.../security-development-tool-for-dynamics-ax-2012.aspx)

There are also a brief description of the tool and download link as well from the source above.

Hi Pirmin,

Like Martin said, Security development tool is what you need. After you open the Security entry point permission form, click "Load additional metadata" to display the "Effective user license type" for each entry point.
