We are struggling with registering workers on fixed compensation plan and inscribing their salary amount in HR. We have activated financial dimension, created fixed salary plan and compensation codes. However, the plans and levels we have set up do not seem to be pickable and we are not able to put worker compensation on worker's jobs.

My HR is trying to raise a compensation change on D365.
There is no options under request, so we are not able to put this through – can someone help me on this please.
I want to check the compensation is active or not. Could someone assist me how can i verify that.

On the job of the position, do you have a level assigned?
It is mentioned in our official documentation that: The level must be set on the Job before compensation can be assigned to the employee. (Enroll an employee in a fixed compensation plan - Human Resources | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Docs)
Can you please check if you have this configuration enabled?
