External Web Services in Dynamics - ERROR NF-e SOAP Header

I have a problem with AX 2012 R3.

Eletronic Fiscal Document - NF-e Brazil.

The XML generated is correct and functional, but the SOAP header is returning ["Rejeição (409): Campo cUF inexistente no elemento cteCabecMsg do SOAP Header"].

[Rejection (409): CUF field nonexistent in the SOAP Header element cteCabecMsg.]

    I'm not sure what you expect from us.

    The error says that cteCabecMsg element is missing from the SOAP header. If you agree, then you should add it.

    I was not so specific. See, installed ax 2012 with the release of Electronic Invoice version 3.10, but is creating the XML different transmission reception server not found the correct place internally in the dynamics to set up. So I'm looking at the forum any tips on how to solve, because I'm not getting adjust the webservice error.
