Hi everyone
Dynamics Marketing Customer Journey prevents more than one email from being sent if multiple contacts have the same email address. Can I somehow configure that duplicates are allowed?I realize that then e.g. two e-mails are sent to one customer where possibly even a different name is in it (but the recipient mailbox is the same), but in my case thats okay:
Any suggestions?
BRMichael
This was really helpful! Thank you.
Hi
Hope this will help you:
in that case, you will have to set it to "yes"
Please, where did you find this setting? Is it in Segment or journey settings?
I think i found the setting i was looking for. "Bypass email deduplication" in Default Settings of Dynamics Marketing
Hi M. Warlich,
I'm not quite sure what do you want to achieve. When there are multiple contacts with the same email address, the contact would only receive one email. Do you want to make contact receive equal amount of emails?
If so, there is no setting to do this. And I think one email is rational.
