Nav 2013 R2 Service Issue

Hi

I am using NAV 2013 R2 build Version (7.10.36366).

The issue is that I need to restart the services daily for starting RTC.

Please suggest any solution.

    hi

    check your delegation settings. maybe they are incomplete or incorrect.

    or ... maybe there is a setting (registry) or a process which kicks out your delegation settings periodically.

    Which opreating system are you using?

    Did you use this machine as server for 24*7?

    Hi Sandeep

    In the development environment when I check for the instance, It doesn't appear.

    While the service is running properly. Then when I restart the services then it comes in the Instance list for Development Environment.

    Services are set to run automatically.

    If I try to run RTC directly sometimes it run or sometimes not. When It doesn't run the error msg comes like There is no server instance configured....

    All these problem goes out when I restart the services.

    Service & Client are on same System.

    please be more specific.

    do you get an error message when starting the rtc client? if yes, what kind of error?

    is the nav service set to start automatic or manuel?

    are nav service and rtc client on the same server installed?

    Would you please explain?

    Is there any error message for client or nav server?

    Kinldy check the event log for Nav Server.
