Customer phone number is not visible in Customer details page - AX2012

Hi All,

We are able to see the Phone number in "Contact details" for customer but the same Phone number is not appearing in the Customer details main page.

This is for few customers only as we are able to see the Phone numbers for few customers on Customer details page.

Please advise how we can analyze this issue.

    Please provide any suggestion on this request, as I tried compiling and Sync on the tables "LogisticsElectronicAddress" and "DirPartyTable", still the Phone numbers are not visible on Customer master form, even the Phone numbers are marked as "Primary" in contact information tab.
     
    We have just unchecked and checked again the "Primay" checkbox from the Contact information as the checkbox was already checked for Primary , and able to see the Phone number on Customer form.
     
    We have just tried for one Customer record and it worked, is there any way to do for all Customer records missing the Phone numbers on Customer form, it will be time consuming task if we go one by one for missing records.

    We have just unchecked and checked again the "Primay" checkbox from the Contact information as the checkbox was already checked for Primary , and able to see the Phone number on Customer form.

    We have just tried for one Customer record and it worked, is there any way to do for all Customer records missing the Phone numbers on Customer form, it will be time consuming task if we go one by one for missing records.

    There is a relation between DirPartyTable and LogisticsElectronics table like LogisticsElectronicAddress_Phone.

    Hi, Can you try creating primary contact type as Phone instead of email in Contact information and check if still record missing in DirPartyTable. Also, there is a table relation 'LogisticsElectronicAddress_Phone' in DirPartyTable that you can check.

    Hi All,

    When we are adding the Phone numbers in Contact information form, the number is not getting added into "DirPartyTable" but it is getting added into LogisticsElectronicAddress table.

    And Phone numbers in Customer master form are getting displayed when the related records are exists in "DirPartyTable". 

    For testing, we added phone number in "DirPartyTable" manually and able to see the Phone number in Customer master form.

    Not sure why the data is missing in DirPartyTable.

    Please advice how we can sync the Data from LogisticsElectronicAddress to DirPartyTable - related does exists in DirPartyTable with LogisticsEclectronicAdress.

    Hi Komi,

    Yes, it is Primary checked in Contact information, email is also a Primary checked for the Customer.

    You need to make the phone number as primary in the contact details.
