One of our users noticed that the ability to enter employees licensing info has disappeared after our upgrade. One of those little things that got overlooked in our test upgrade.
There used to be Licenses right under Union and now it is gone. From what I am told this is not modified or custom. Did it get moved to a new window that were are overlooking?
Did this functionality come from the Human Resources and Payroll Suite?
I ask because in 18.5, the HR/PR Suite is not available via the DVD media to add to the install, as support/ownership of that Suite has gone back to Integrity:

If you did an in-place upgrade of Dynamics GP to 18.5, the four modules that make up the Suite should still be in the .set files, they just won't show as being on the 18.5 version.
If you did a brand, new install of GP 18.5, then those four modules would not be available until you get them from Integrity.
The four modules making up the Suite are:
--1911 / HRM Solution Series
--4522 / Payroll Integration to Payable
--4933 / Certification Manager
--4955 / Employee Health and Wellness
