Issue tracking the number of clicks on a link

When i'm sending an email through Customer insights, some of my links are tracked and some are not!
Here I know for sure that at least 40 clients clicked on both links, but the tracking does not work on the left one. 
I have the same /option/ in the email setting for each button.
Sorry if this question has already been asked, but I cannot find a correct way to resolve this
