nav 2016 workflow issue

Hi all,

I faced a very weird issue in nav. There were huge no. of records to be approved by the approver. The approver had approved all the documents (all are journals-combination of payment journals and general journals) continuously. During approving the approver has come across an error relating to sql (did not take a screen shot of it). But resultantly the parked journals (ready to be posted) were deleted. Did any one come accross this issue. If yes how to resolve it.

Are you sure they got deleted, have you checked if they got posted.

With out much details about the error it is difficult to provide an answer, the could be many reasons, it may be part of your customization or server or network or permissions..

Check your event viewer and see if you can find any information.
