I have configured NAV 13 and is ready to be deployed in Production Server. I tool a backup from Development server and restored in deployment server. It restores successfully, and logins in the Development Environment. But it fails to run the RTC Client stating that the user is not authenticated to login. I am using AD to login to the sever.

Hi Mahesh,

Thank you for sharing what you did. To describe it, you reset the security for the database by clearing out the data in the tables you truncated.

I worked around and fixed it.

The problem was NAV 13 shows some problem when deploying in Different Domain than the Domain used during Development. The Fix is execute following Query in SQL and its DONE !!

USE <your_db>;

TRUNCATE TABLE "User Personalization";

TRUNCATE TABLE "User Property";

TRUNCATE TABLE "Access Control";

TRUNCATE TABLE "User";

Hi Mahesh,

Please check the SQL Server error logs if you are getting Anonymous login attempts. If you are getting these entries in the SQL Server Event Log, this may mean that you have not setup the required SPNs. My recommendation is that you review your production deployment against the walkthroughs and guides available in MSDN - http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd301130(v=nav.70).aspx.
