Licensing costs for Enterprise Search

Hello,

Can anybody provide me with some feedback whether a license cost estimater exists for the SharePoint products required for using the Enterprise Search functionality? According to this website (https://technet.microsoft.com/de-de/library/gg751361.aspx) one of the following products needs to be implemented & licensed:

  • Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2010 or Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010
  • Microsoft Search Server 2010 or Microsoft Search Server Express 2010
  • Microsoft FAST Search Server 2010
  • Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2013 or Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013

I need a rough cost estimation for a mid-size AX2012 R2 implementation where approx. 500 users are working with AX.

Would be great if somebody could help.

Many thanks and best regards,

Ludwig

SharePoint Foundation is free and does not require CALS (licences)
