Missing label from Optionsets (choices) ?

Some labels of the out of the box /option set/ fields disappear randomly and then come back a couple of days later.

For the moment, I have found that these fields are impacted :
- Account entity : Industrycode, paymenttermscode, adress1_shippingmethodcode
- Contact entity : Shippingmethodcode, paymenttermscode, adress1_shippingmethodcode

For example, for the /paymenttermscode/ field, the 6 standard labels have been reduced to 2. Then, randomly a couple of days later, the 4 missing labels come back. And then again.

However, no one on our side is modifying and/or deleting the labels of these fields... What is happening ?

---- Context & Example ----
We found this problem while using Experlogixs connector. While it was doing an API request to get all of the fields and their values, this error popped :

Here is the « PaymentTermsCode » optionset field in the Legacy platform :

On the current PowerApps platform :

We can clearly see that the value 10 have no label. I can't understand how this can happens, since the value is set to required by Microsoft itself. Furthermore, every custom optionsets that we created are not facing any issue. We only have a problem with the OOB optionsets.

Anyone know what is happening and how we can resolve this issue ?
  • Missing label from Optionsets (choices) ?
I've encountered the same issue and it apply to uncustomized forms as well as customized forms for the account entity and for example Industrycode, paymenttermscode. Some labels are missing in those standard optionsets and no customizations is done to those fields, only minor changes done to the customized form (added some fields and rearranged some as well as a new tab with a quick view form added). The options is also missing when the field is opened for customization (legacy and power apps editors). However, the labels are existing when exporting for translation.

This is regarding an online development environment, using latest version 2024 wave 1.

    Hi,

I did not reproduce your issue in my testing.
I tested the /paymenttermscode/ field in the following environment.

I have also made no changes to this OOB field and have not had the issue you describe.

The value of the /PaymentTermsCode /field is shown below.

Therefore, I suspect this may be a bug.
If this issue is impacting your normal business, it is recommended that you raise a support ticket for further assist.

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li
