Spooling active freetext invoice templates

I am searching for a way to spool active free text invoice templates for all entities. I have tried to go through export option in Data management, which gives me all the templates (Header and Line information without specifying if it is active or not) on the system.

I have also tried using the Excel workbook designer but on the template column, I get ID numbers instead of the name of the template. Is there a way of getting active invoice templates without the need for customization

Hi Wiily,

As it can be seen in your screen shot that column G is showing status active, now just for active yes you can apply filter on status

If you are using Data management :

And if using excel workbook then there is also filter option for you

I am trying to do that, but I can't seem to find a filter on the status

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated
