Hello

We are in the process of implementing Sales for an organisation and would like some bit of help in organising my thoughts around what we need to do and in what order please. For now I am mostly interested in the preparatory work around understanding the organisational structure, their products, sales cycle and business requirements and not necessarily the technical aspects of the implementation. More like the very first business analysis activities.
