Since the Wave 2 release, this past weekend, our users are getting an error message when attempting to Pop-Out a Knowledge Article.
I found we were missing the new Knowledge Article Attachment entity in our custom solution. So, I added it. I can see that table in my custom solution. However, I am unable to find that entity on any tab on any of our Security Roles.
For example, I looked at the Service tab and I don't see it there:
I also checked the Service Managment tab (in fact, I checked all the tabs):
I see that Pop Out is not supported on tablet or mobile, but we are using desktop.
How can we get this fixed?
