Is there any chance to add a decimal number and +Number in a field.
Example -
1. 1.5
2. +1.5

How many fields you have ? You can try with OOB calculated field or JavaScript logic as per your formula and set the value to the field.
Just only one field.
I dont need any calculation field. Just want to display decimal number and +number.
like 1.5, +2.5,+3.5
Thats it.
You can create single line text field.
if i enter decimal values its throwing a Business Process Error.
Do you have any plugins registered in entity event? Single line text should allow those characters.

Single Line of Text fields can hold all of these characters out of the box.
